Rosh Ha Shana

It is Rosh Ha Shana in Israel! Rosh Ha Shana is the Jewish New Year festival and it lasts two days. We celebrate Rosh Ha Shana with sweet foods, like apples dipped in honey and honey cake, as a wish for a sweet year. Some families also celebrate with symbolic foods like the head of a fish, pomegranates, and carrots.
Pomegranates are symbolic of plenty. We want plenty of health and happiness for the New Year, just as many good things as there are seed in a pomegranate.

I wanted to share a great site today- link: http://www.fotor.com/

Using Fotor photo editor, you can resize your photos, crop them, adjust the lighting curve, rotate them, adjust brightness, contrast, saturation, and sharpness, adjust the tone and colors, or just straighten a crooked shot! But wait! That ´s just in the basic edits module.
You can also add a photo effect, photo frame, clip art, text, or use our unique color splash, mosaic, and tilt shift tools!

Give it a try! I just LOVE this free photo collage and cards maker!

Here are some examples of my Rosh Ha Shana dinner table setting photo collages I made using this site.
Rosh Ha Shana  for me- it is not just the enjoyment of the meal and spending time with my family and friends... I love to set the table for the delicious meal I will cook and serve.

I really believe it comes in a whole package: the people, the holiday, the food ,the family gathering -along with a festive table that makes the meal a more enjoyable one.
